Seems the uninstall doesnt' work correctly. So be sure to check (and manually delete)
/opt/ibm
/etc/ibm
/etc/lotus
/home/<user>/lotus
AND
root/installshield/universal/ibm
I forgot the last one and that caused the problem. After I manually deleted the installshield folder everything went fine and Notes started correctly for the setup.
Looks nice but is awfully slow.
